Here we shall begin

Hmmm, I'm in blog world!

So this is the first attempt at a blog and I'm going to use it wisely to harbour my passion for MCN (Modern Cloth Nappies) and accessories. hehe. I've probably just lost a few readers from that point, so if you are still intrigued by my MCN stash, lets begin!

I'll start with a brief comment about how it all started. My 12 month maternity leave was looming to an end and I became increasingly aware that my life as a SAHM was more rewarding and fulfilling than any paid employment, and I dreaded the thought of leaving my baby.... But sacrifices were needed to sustain hunger management, and shelter requirements. So out went all our movie channels, bye bye to weekend newspapers, ciao to my little car, and a big BOGG OFF to disposable nappies, and heeelllllllooooooooo clothies - I'm here to play!

Thankfully while researching the nappy options for my 10 month old (feeling like a complete twit) I came across a shop at Brighton, SA called Natures Cradle. My first visit in there I was chatting to another customer who put me on to Nappycino.com - wow what a wealth of information! And not only that, I also re-found a long lost high school friend, the lovely Joh (AKA my very own nappy guru). Meeting her two gorgeous girls and witnessing still the largest nappy stash i've ever seen, I got hooked. And here I am dedicating my first blog to nappies.

So lets see if I can stick a pic in here somehow...

Oh well there you go! This is Evan's very first MCN! Its a cuddlebuns I purchased from Natures Cradle. Evan 10.5mo.
